Phillip Fernandez is a much respected speaker and trainer in the hair & beauty industry. Prior to this he acquired more than 25 successful years in senior management roles as National Sales Manager, General Manager and Human Resource Director. He made his mark with major international companies like Schwarzkopf, L`Oreal, Redken, Esselte and Revlon to name a few. His extensive career extended over Australia and New Zealand with exposure to Europe and Asia.
Phillip brings passion and enthusiasm, hinged on practically and humour to his speaking engagements. He certainly engages the audience and takes them though a journey based on his vast knowledge and experience.
Apart from a Diploma in Business Management and Human Resources, Phillip has a background in Workplace Psychology and is a Neuro Linguistic Programme Practioner. His mastery in the understanding of human behaviour to drive personal performance makes him a sought after speaker and trainer with forward thinking companies who really place value on their people.
Phillip also holds a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and is an affiliate member of the National Speakers Association of Australia (NSAA).
